We are Ebenezer and Cathy Nortey, married with three children and based in Blyth, Northumberland.
The idea for Winnow Property Ltd grew from our passion for transforming properties in the North East into beautiful spaces. Our mission is to identify dilapidated properties across the region and turn them into high-quality, sustainable, and affordable homes where working families and professionals thrive.
A core part of our strategy is to create a positive, lasting impact within the community. We are committed to building strong relationships and partnerships with local tradespeople and charitable organisations, helping to create employment opportunities and enhance the economic and social wellbeing of the local area.
Ebenezer: Having worked in various roles for one of the major banks and energy company in the UK over a decade, Ebenezer will utilise his wealth of knowledge and experience in project management and product delivery, to source deals, oversee and coordinate all projects.
Cathy: With over seven years of experience as a Radiation Protection Advisor, Cathy possesses unparalleled attention to detail. She will apply her creative and analytical skills to provide support in administration and the numbers.
